WHM Moves: GirlPower Art & Movement Workshop + Bryant Park Brunch
Led by avid mover, dancer, and Women of Culture Founder, Alexandra Harper, this 90-minute art and movement experience is all about literally moving through any limitations that might be keeping you feeling small or powerless so that you can more fully embody your innate power as a woman. We will start with some grounding exercises before moving into freeform dance & movement to an all-female playlist, ending with the opportunity to further your creative expression through visual art (pastels, markers, stickers & colored pencils provided) and/or creative writing. Art-full members are also invited to a post-workshop brunch at the beautiful Bryant Park Grill to complete a Sunday fun day full of movement, empowerment, creative expression, and girl bonding. This afternoon is an invitation to: Tap into your intuition and inner wisdom to clear any blocks or limitations (arising from within or coming from the outside world)Fall (back) in love with your body and the unique way it moves, getting out of your head and into your heartUse movement to connect more deeply to your innate power and creativity(Re)discover the pure & simple joy of movement in a safe and welcoming environmentIt is NOT: a formal dance class where any dance training is neededa place to learn fancy new moves to show off in ‘da cluba place to judge oneself or others, regardless of skill or fitness level* Details: 🕰 Sunday, March 24th from 12 - 1:30 pm 📍The Hatbox at the Refinery Hotel | 63 W 38th St.(Art-full Member brunch at the Bryant Park Grill) 🧘🏽♂️ The workshop will start with some grounding exercises to get out of your head and into your body.
