'Flavors of Italy' Four-Course Dinner with Wine Pairings at Park Ave Kitchen by David Burke

Explore the food and wine of the European country Americans love most. You'll take an Epicurean journey through Sardinia, Piedmont and Tuscany during this four-course, four wine dinner. The food will be presented by the restaurant's executive chef, William Lustig, with back-up from the charismatic David Burke himself, while each wine will be introduced by an Italian wine expert. Served in Park Ave Kitchen's casual chic Euro-style cafe, the Flavors of Italy dinner will deliver a large dose of la dolce vita for only $95.

Menu highlights include Sweet Pea Ravioli, wild mushroom, crab meat. paired with Michele Chiarlo Cipressi Barbera Nizza DOCG, Piedmont 2020 and Porchetta Roast, rosemary, Tuscan fennel, Maldon salt, served with Tenuta San Guido Guildalberto, Tuscano IGT 2021.
