Lonely Hearts: New Prints 2021/Summer
Lonely Hearts: New Prints 2021/Summer, juried by Christiane Baumgartner, reflects a relative scarcity of human presence and sense of desolation in its 42 new artworks, all of which were made since the COVID-19 pandemic began. The exhibited works range from classic printmaking techniques to mixed-media works and print-based videos, showing Baumgartner’s interest in works that present traditional techniques in a contemporary context.
Venue: International Print Center New York
508 West 26th Street, 5A, New York, NY 10001
