For one night only, diners can experience Chef David Kinch’s The Bywater at INTERSECT BY LEXUS. As Manresa’s residency culminates, guests will have a unique opportunity to taste New Orleans-inspired dishes from the city where Chef Kinch first learned how to cook. The delicious six course tasting menu ($130pp) features dishes such as Oysters “West Bank” on toast, Curried Abalone and Rabbit Gumbo with old fashioned potato salad and Salted Caramel Pot de Crème with lemon caramel, chicory and pecan sables. Guests can also imbibe in signature cocktails from The Bywater served at INTERSECT’s second floor bar.
