Sleepover for Grown Ups
Enjoy a champagne reception, take in a planetarium show, and explore the nearly-empty halls of the Museum. No kids allowed! Join us on the evening of September 13th for a champagne reception in the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Hall, with music provided by the 12th Night Jazz Trio. After that you're invited to roam the nearly empty halls of the Museum, take in Dark Universe at the Planetarium, see a 3D film about the world's oceans, and meet non-human guests in a live animal demonstration. Our special exhibition on the mighty T. rex will be open as well. As the evening winds down, unroll your sleeping bag and curl up under the iconic 94-foot-long blue whale in the Hall of Ocean Life
