As the city gears up for New York Fashion Week, which will be held February 3 through 12, editors, buyers, fashionistas, and other A-listers will be jetting around New York City catching lots of runway shows. Bumu is the West Village’s recently opened izakaya-inspired restaurant, which is helmed by acclaimed chef Joaquin (Quino) Baca. The designer cocktail, created by Beverage Director Michael Wark, is a sweet fusion of fruit flavors and prosecco, and boasts tequila (Alice + Olivia designer Stacey Bendet’s preferred libation).
