The 13th annual 2019 HONK NYC! Festival will run from October 15 through October 19 at a variety of venues in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. The Opening Night performance’s all-star brass jam will highlight trumpeter, band leader, and composer Frank London’s Shikere Kapelye Inebriated Orchestra (franklondon.com) and Seed & Feed Marching Abominable, which is well known for its fancifully costumed performers and high-energy music (seedandfeed.org).
