W New York - Times Square Earth Month Clothing Donation Exchange
Learn More |
To celebrate Earth Month and give back to the community, W New York – Times Square is collecting old garments and clothing for the entire month of April from guests and locals alike. All collections will be donated to St. Mary’s Clothing Drive, giving guests the opportunity to not only recycle unwanted pieces from their wardrobe, but also make a positive impact by helping those in need this Earth Month. The donation box can be found at the Welcome Desk on the 7th Floor.
In return for making a donation, guests will receive a Sip Ticket to use for on the Living Room’s Zero Waste Cocktail Menu, available during Earth Month. Sip Tickets are printed on 100% recycled paper.
Zero Waste cocktails include: Banana Nut Bread Old Fashioned – with house-made banana peel syrup made from banana peels collected from the green room. Champagne Sundays & Blue Mondays – with a house-made champagne syrup made with recycled chickpea liquid and left-over champagne that was unused from Dos Caminos. Down The Rabbit Hole – made with fresh pressed carrot juice as opposed to bottled juice.
